Chief Story-Chaser Intern (6-Month Internship, CEO Office)

What this role is We are looking for someone who is "shameless", curious, and hungry to tell real stories. This is not a polished production job. We are not looking for someone who obsesses over color grading or cinematic cuts. Your job is simple: follow what is happening, find the story, and put it on camera. What is happening in the office? What are customers saying? What does building a longevity science brand actually look like from the inside? You capture it, shape it, and get it out. All content is short-form and TikTok-first. Raw, real, and fast. What you will do Shadow the CEO and team to capture behind-the-scenes moments, decisions, and daily life at the company. Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok and similar platforms Put people in front of the camera, starting with the founders and team members who have a story to tell Source stories from customers, partners, and anyone worth featuring Own the full process from spotting the moment to publishing the video What we are looking for Zero fear of cameras, strangers, or uncomfortable situations A natural storyteller who thinks in narrative, not just clips Someone who moves fast and ships content without overthinking it Basic filming and editing skills on a phone or camera are enough. Fancy equipment is not the point. Prior TikTok or short-form content experience is a plus, not a requirement What you get Direct access to and mentorship from the CEO and Brand Director.
