The role
This is a
full-time internship (6–12 months)
open to final-year students and recent graduates. You'll work directly alongside our licensed Client Advisors — supporting client relationships, learning the advisory process end-to-end, and gaining real exposure to how a fintech serves everyday clients.
Strong performers will be considered for conversion to a full-time permanent Client Associate role at the end of the internship. This isn't a maybe — it's a genuine pipeline we're building.
What you'll do
Support Client Advisors in managing day-to-day retail wealth client relationships and service needs
Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally
Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth, welcoming setup experience
Assist in preparing client materials, reports, and documentation in support of the advisory process
Maintain accurate client records across CRM systems and internal platforms
Gain exposure to business development — learn how client leads are identified, qualified, and nurtured
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal workflows, including through the use of AI tools
What we're looking for
Final-year student or recent university or polytechnic graduates
, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field — though we care more about mindset than major
Genuine interest in financial services and retail wealth — you want to understand the space, not just tick a box on your CV
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage clients with clarity and confidence
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; curious about AI and how it can improve the way we work
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence — people trust you, and you take that seriously
Proactive and resourceful
— you don't wait to be told; you look for ways to add value and solve problems
