    Client Management Intern (Paid Internship) Cintra Consultancy | Singapore About Cintra Cintra Consultancy is a full-stack social media and lead generation consultancy helping brands strengthen their digital presence and drive measurable business growth. We work with businesses across multiple industries, combining creative content, performance marketing, and strategic consulting to deliver results. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Management Intern to support our client servicing and project management team. If you enjoy coordinating projects, communicating with people, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Client Support Support the account management team in day-to-day client communications. Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up actions. Help prepare client updates, reports, and presentation materials. Learn how to manage client expectations and project timelines. Project Coordination Coordinate with content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure projects stay on track. Track deadlines, deliverables, and feedback across multiple accounts. Assist in maintaining project timelines and documentation. Ensure tasks are followed up on and completed promptly. Social Media & Marketing Support Assist with content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms. Monitor engagement and support community management efforts. Help gather campaign performance data and reporting insights. Support content planning and campaign execution. Operations & Administration Maintain organised records, trackers, and project documents. Assist with internal processes and workflow management. Support ad-hoc research and administrative tasks where required. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree student (or recent graduate) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn. Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus. Previous internship or leadership experience is advantageous but not required.
