About The Internship As a Client Services Intern at Ogury, you’ll step into a structured, hands-on learning experience supporting the delivery of digital advertising campaigns for some of Singapore's most recognised brands and media agencies as well as South East Asia. This paid internship gives you guided exposure to the AdTech industry, the opportunity to learn from an experienced local team, and the chance to develop foundational skills relevant to Client Success, Ad Operations, Account Management, and more. You’ll partner closely with our South East Asia Client Success and AdOps teams to observe, learn, and support key elements of the campaign process. You’ll assist with supervised tasks that help the team monitor delivery, interpret performance indicators, and maintain high-quality internal communication. What makes this opportunity stand out is the depth of mentorship and practical learning you’ll receive: You’ll collaborate with the South East Asia team to understand how campaigns are built, launched, optimised, and evaluated. You’ll gain exposure to industry tools, reporting methods, and analytics workflows. You’ll develop early-career client-facing, analytical, and operational skills in a supportive, structured environment. This internship is a hybrid role requiring a commitment of three days per week. We encourage you to join us in our Singapore office on those days to collaborate closely with the team, learn through hands-on guidance, and fully immerse yourself in the work environment. You’ll report directly to our Senior Director, AdOps who will provide mentorship and day-to-day support throughout your internship. What You Will Be Doing Support the Client Services team across campaign activation, monitoring and wrap-up. Help track campaign pacing and delivery, and support performance reporting and post-campaign insights. Work with Client Services to understand and support the resolution of campaign delivery issues. Prepare internal documents, presentations, meeting notes, trackers and best-practice materials. Review campaign data and trends, sharing observations to support optimisation and rebooking discussions. Research industry trends, competitor activity and best practices, contributing to case studies and strategic playbooks What You Will Bring To Ogury Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning. Strong communication skills and an interest in supporting client-focused work. Comfort working with numbers and interpreting data at a basic level. The ability to stay organised, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively. A genuine interest in digital advertising, media, marketing, or technology. Ideally, some exposure through coursework, projects, or previous internships in marketing, media, advertising, or business (nice to have, not required).
