Client Solutions Intern

The global private equity firm's Singapore office is recruiting a Client Solutions Intern to support its Product Strategy and RFP team. This team sits within the broader Client Solutions function and operates across London and Singapore, supporting Client Relationship Managers in all regions. The internship is expected to run from October 2026 to December 2026, with some flexibility on the start date. The Role The intern will work alongside the Product Strategy team and collaborate with the Global RFP team to produce client-facing materials and support fundraising activity. The function is global in scope and works closely with investment teams, senior management, legal, and compliance. Responsibilities Prepare marketing presentations, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other client collateral. Support business development and fundraising efforts across regions by coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders. Maintain and update data sources used in client due diligence materials. Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that support the growth of the Client Solutions function. Expected Profile Strong academic record in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Prior internship or exposure to financial services, particularly private markets or asset management, is an advantage. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently. Comfortable working independently and across teams at different seniority levels. High attention to detail with strong proofreading and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
