Client Solutions Manager

What you’ll do Advise clients on WhatsApp and digital advertising strategies Review campaign data, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions Manage relationships with large advertisers and senior stakeholders Present campaign insights, results, and growth opportunities Work with sales, product, analytics, and other internal teams Support revenue growth while maintaining strong service quality What we’re looking for Around 7+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, media, consulting, or client solutions Strong experience with WhatsApp Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp, or business messaging campaigns Good understanding of campaign performance and data analytics Proven experience managing complex client accounts Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Agency experience in media planning or campaign execution is highly relevant
