Client Success Intern

Client Success Intern Cintra Consultancy | Singapore | Internship We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Success Intern to support our Client Success team in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring work moves smoothly from brief to delivery. This role is suitable for someone who wants hands-on exposure to client servicing, account management, digital marketing, performance marketing, and creator/KOL campaigns . What You’ll Do Support the management of a portfolio of client accounts, with opportunities to progressively own accounts independently. Communicate with clients on day-to-day updates, timelines, deliverables and follow-ups. Coordinate internally with Creative, Performance Marketing, Talent & Creator Partnerships, and other teams to ensure deliverables stay on track. Assist with client onboarding, briefs, meeting notes, timelines and project documentation. Track deliverables, client feedback, approvals, outstanding items and account progress. Support preparation for client meetings, reviews, renewals and account planning. Identify potential client concerns early and escalate them to the relevant Client Success lead. Gain exposure to performance marketing and KOL/creator campaigns where relevant. Support general Client Success operations and process improvements. What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions. Comfortable communicating directly with clients. Able to follow through consistently on tasks and deadlines. Interested in marketing, social media, advertising, client strategy or account management. Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment. Prior internship or agency experience is helpful, but not required. Growth & Development This is designed as a generalist entry point into Client Success . Interns will gain exposure across client servicing, content/social media, performance marketing and talent/creator work.
