Location: Camden Medical Centre Duration: Full-time (July – November) Role Summary: We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Clinic Administrator to join Chi Longevity and help run the engine room of a fast-growing longevity health-tech clinic. This role sits right at the intersection of healthcare, client experience, and operations — no two days look the same, and you'll get a front-row seat to how a modern medical startup actually scales. Key Responsibilities: Partner with our clinical and operations teams to keep the clinic running smoothly Own the coordination of client appointments, practitioner schedules, and calendar management Be the first point of contact for client enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and other channels Plan and orchestrate clients' diagnostic days — a multi-step process involving assessments and practitioner sessions Get exposure to clinic finance operations through invoicing and payment coordination Manage the end-to-end patient communication journey, from confirmations to follow-ups Contribute ideas to improve day-to-day workflows as we scale Requirements: Students currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree, recent grads, or early-career professionals — all welcome to apply Open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents Background in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred, but not required No prior experience necessary — admin or customer service experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Comfortable navigating WhatsApp, email, and everyday digital tools Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets A professional, friendly, and service-driven attitude Able to commit to full-time hours, Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm Compensation: S$1,500–$2,500/month, commensurate with experience Application Process: Click "Easy Apply" to submit your application, or send your CV to natasha@chilongevity.com with the subject line "Clinic Administrator – Application."
