Looking for: Clinical Associate (Medical Officer) & Resident Physician/Staff Registrar/Staff Physician 📍 Location: Singapore 🏥 Clientele: Tertiary public hospitals in Singapore ranging from 800 - 1800 beds For these specialties: Ophthalmology Psychiatry Orthopaedic Surgery Anaesthesia Diagnostic Radiology ENT / Otorhinolaryngology Neurosurgery Vascular Surgery Hand Surgery General Surgery Plastic Surgery General Medicine Cardiology Geriatric Medicine Rehabilitation Medicine Emergency Medicine Palliative Care Medical Oncology Haemato-Oncology Intensive Care Medicine Cardiothoracic Obstetrics & Gynaecology (only 1 vacancy) Clinical Associates are foreign-trained doctors who are granted temporary medical registration to work in specific departments in the Hospital. They perform duties equivalent to that of a medical officer/junior resident level. He/She will be responsible for the total management of patients in the ward, assist in running outpatient clinics and or assist in the operating theatre, if applicable. Requirement: Candidates must be in active clinical practice Possess basic Medical Degree from a medical university/ school accredited in the state in which it was awarded Passed the relevant national licensing examination in the country of conferment of basic degree, where applicable Have at least 3 to 6 years’ post-housemanship working experience as a Medical Officer in a relevant specialty. Those who have completed residency training in a relevant discipline and possessed relevant postgraduate qualifications such as MRCP, MRCS, MRCEM, FRCR, FRCS, FRCEM, FRCOphth, FRCA or partial of those will have an added advantage.
