Join us as we redefine what it means to build an enduring global consumer group. About The Role This internship sits within the Collection Merchandising team at Love, Bonito. You will work directly with the Collection Merchandising Manager, supporting the data, reporting, and operational backbone that keeps our collections running smoothly. This is a hands-on role — you will be working with real data, live buying tools, and cross-functional teams from day one. If you are passionate about fashion, love working with numbers, and want to understand how product decisions are made in a fast-growing women's apparel brand, this is a great place to start. Main responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting Pull and compile sales data from internal reporting tools (Metabase, Tableau) to support the team's performance review and collection range plannning Assist in conduct competitor and trend research as directed — pulling references, tracking pricing, and summarising findings Airtable & Tool Management Maintain and update Airtable with accurate product data — including Pricing Framework, Buying PLC, Suggested RRP, Aesthetic Pillar inputs, and Colour Swatches Ensure all product attributes, cost prices, and launch information are entered correctly and kept up to date Flag discrepancies between buying files and Airtable records to the manager for resolution Linesheet & Buying File Support Assist in updating and maintaining seasonal linesheets — ensuring product details, pricing, and launch week allocations are accurate Support buying file preparation ahead of seasonal and speedlane buying sessions — checking formulas, updating columns, and ensuring files are ready for use Help maintain the Collection Tracker (seasonal, speedlane, and restocks) — updating assortment changes, colour revisions, and style cancellations as directed Assist with porting confirmed product information from buy files into the Collection Tracker post-buying Assortment & Collection Support Support the team during weekly style approval sessions — taking notes, tracking grading inputs, and updating records Assist with colour picking preparation — compiling colour options, updating swatches, and tracking selections Cross-functional & Ad Hoc Support Support the team with ad hoc tasks — including rebalancing launch plans, updating launch week changes, and preparing internal communication materials Assist with data pulls and updates for the assortment bible Help coordinate information flow between the Collection Merchandising team and cross-functional partners as needed What you'll learn: How a fast-growing omnichannel women's apparel brand plans, buys, and launches collections The full product lifecycle — from trend research and range planning through to buying, launch, and performance review How data and commercial insight translate into real product decisions How to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment Hands-on proficiency with buying tools, reporting dashboards, and product management systems Requirements You should have/be: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field Strong Excel skills — comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic data manipulation Detail-oriented and organised — able to manage multiple trackers and files accurately Curious about fashion and retail — a genuine interest in how product, data, and customer insight come together A fast learner who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be chased Good communicator — clear, proactive, and comfortable asking questions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Tableau is a plus — but not required Passion and interest in Fashion is a plus Minimum full-time commitment of 6 months internship Benefits Learning and Career Development Learning and development (i.e. subscription plans to best-in-class resources, personal development fund etc) #TeamLB perks Generous staff discount off LB products Corporate partnerships with a variety of companies
