Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelor or Masters undergraduate in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics.
Able to commit for a 5-6 months full time internship, starting in January 2027.
Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
Data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint proficiency.
Interest in manufacturing operations and supplier management.
Basic understanding of costing and commercial concepts.
Process-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to organize information and drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Join HP’s Print Procurement team as a Supply Chain Knowledge Management & Analytics Intern, where you will gain hands-on exposure to the tools, templates, and decision-support frameworks used to support sourcing, manufacturing, supplier management, and factory move activities. This internship focuses on enhancing our Cognita SharePoint knowledge repository by organizing and documenting key business resources, improving usability, and preserving institutional knowledge. Through this work, you will develop a practical understanding of how cost, capacity, quality, tooling, and supply chain considerations come together to support real business decisions while delivering a lasting knowledge asset to the team.
