About this internship
Our client is a Singapore-based advisory and ecosystem-building firm at the forefront of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM)and the Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) in Asia.
They're looking for a commercially minded, highly organised intern to support events, marketing, and business development. If you enjoy external-facing work, coordinating event logistics, keeping BD pipelines on track, drafting outreach emails, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Operations
Support end-to-end preparation for industry events, forums, and partner gatherings, attendee lists, run-sheets, speaker briefs, and logistics coordination.
Manage communications with guests, speakers, and suppliers before, during, and after events.
Marketing Assets & Brand Materials
Update and maintain marketing materials, company decks, event one-pagers, proposal templates, and partner-facing documents, ensuring consistency across channels.
Support creation of event announcements, post-event recaps, and simple graphics aligned to the firm's visual identity.
Social Media & Content
Draft LinkedIn posts, event updates, and short insight pieces; track content ideas from meetings and founder discussions.
Help turn event outputs into thought leadership content and manage publication scheduling.
Business Development Support
Support sponsor, partner, and guest outreach campaigns; draft professional follow-up emails and meeting prep briefs.
Maintain BD trackers, opportunity lists, and CRM records — keeping contacts qualified, categorised, and up to date.
Stakeholder Coordination & Admin
Keep contact records, action items, and follow-up logs organised across databases, spreadsheets, and shared drives.
Support commercial admin including sponsorship trackers, proposal folders, and post-meeting next-step summaries.
Responsibilities:
Currently studying or recently graduated in business, marketing, communications, events, hospitality, international relations, or a related field.
Excellent professional English, able to draft clear, polished emails and short marketing copy with minimal review.
Highly organised with strong follow-through; comfortable juggling trackers, checklists, and multiple workstreams at once.
Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and spreadsheets; familiarity with Notion or other AI tools is a plus.
Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Genuine interest in events, business development, aviation, or emerging technology.
LinkedIn content or event marketing experience, Canva or basic design skills, familiarity with B2B professional services, or proficiency in a second language in Thai, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, or Korean would be good to liaise with partners from the above-mentioned markets.
