Telemarketing and Lead Generation: Assist with telemarketing efforts to generate business leads for Sales Managers to follow up on. Compliance: Ensure all business practices adhere to company policies and procedures. Administrative Duties: Perform data-related administrative tasks and reporting. Operational Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth in-house arrangements. Airline Relations: Maintain relationships with airlines and follow up on the status of AOG contracts. Event and Trade Sales: Handle AOG calls, event sales and operations, and manage trade/FIT/group lounge bookings. Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors and management as needed.
