The Role
You'll sit at the heart of Cinch's commercial engine — not as support, but as the person making sure things actually happen. This is a programme management role embedded in the commercial team, coordinating the execution of partnership initiatives, market expansion projects, and cross-functional GTM workstreams. You'll work closely with the CCO and senior commercial leads to keep deals, launches, and projects moving from kickoff to close.

What You'll Do
Own the coordination and tracking of active commercial projects — partnerships onboarding, market entry workstreams, GTM launches — across internal teams and external partners
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status trackers; surface blockers early and drive resolution
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between commercial, product, operations, and marketing on shared deliverables
Prepare structured updates and reporting for senior leadership on project status and milestone progress
Support documentation of commercial processes, partner onboarding frameworks, and playbooks as Cinch scales
Conduct targeted research and analysis to support ongoing commercial initiatives (market entry, partner scoping, competitive context)
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's programme (MIM, MBA, or equivalent); undergraduate final-year students with strong commercial exposure considered
Structured thinker with a bias for execution — you know how to break a complex initiative into tasks and own the follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable preparing updates for senior stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities — you don't need perfect information to make progress
Prior exposure to project coordination, consulting, operations, or commercial roles is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Sheets, or project tracking software is an advantage
