    Summary As a Commercial Quality (CQ) Intern, you will support activities that help ensure products are managed and delivered according to BI's quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will gain hands-on experience by working closely with experienced quality professionals on meaningful projects, supporting regional teams, and learning how quality processes help maintain trust, compliance, and business continuity. You will also gain exposure to how a global healthcare company operates across different countries and functions. Job Description Support the collection, tracking, and compilation of quality-related performance data across multiple countries. Generate and prepare routine reports to help monitor the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement. Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, preparation of meeting summaries, and follow-up of action items. Support the planning and execution of assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues from regional and local CQ teams on various quality-related activities. Research and apply emerging large language model (LLM) technologies to develop innovative, end‑to‑end AI proof‑of‑concepts Perform data preparation and analysis to support LLM experimentation and prototyping Integrate LLMs into user‑facing web solutions, with a focus on practical and impactful use cases Collaborate closely with team members to rapidly iterate, test ideas, and deliver AI prototypes Apply traditional machine learning knowledge where relevant, while maintaining a primary focus on LLM‑driven solutions Main Learning Objectives Gain practical experience working in a global healthcare organization. Understand how quality processes support commercial business operations and regulatory compliance requirements. Develop skills in document management, reporting, data analysis, and project coordination. Improve communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to the diverse pharmaceutical business landscapes within Asia Pacific region. Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful projects. Pre-requisite Ability to commit full-time for a minimum of 5 months and above (Jan – May/Jun). Part-time applicants will not be considered for this role. (International students not taking this as a credit-bearing internship will not be able to meet this requirement.
