    Team Description: The Monee Regional Learning & Development, Communications, Culture, and Engagement Team supports the Monee business in cultivating a learning culture and developing high-performing leaders in Monee. The team is also entrusted with driving key employee engagement and culture initiatives and ensuring effective internal communications within the organization. Monee is a fast-growing fintech company in the region, and you will be working closely with senior management in a dynamic, globalised, intellectually stimulating environment. Job Description: Support the development and end-to-end management of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience, e.g., town halls, in-office engagement events Support the implementation of internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messages Support the preparation of internal communications, including sourcing and managing the procurement of event materials and merchandise Support any other HR special projects or initiatives as assigned by the lead Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines from a reputable university Interest or knowledge in Financial Services and other People-related topics i.e., employee experience, engagement, and internal communications, is a plus Experience with project management will be a plus Ability to support basic video editing for communications content Good problem-solving and stakeholder management Good presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong critical thinking skills and ability to comprehend complex messages and business needs, and simplify ideas for ease of communication to the workforce Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
