About this internship
The Role
Supermom's community of Key Opinion Mothers (KOMs) is at the centre of everything we do. These are real parents who partner with brands to create content that other families actually trust.
As a Community Activation Intern, you will get hands-on experience supporting the team that makes these campaigns happen. You will liaise directly with KOMs, help coordinate content production, assist with events, and see how data-driven community marketing works from the inside.
This is not a sideline internship. You will be involved in work that reaches millions of parents across Southeast Asia, and you will leave with a clear understanding of how community-led marketing creates genuine impact.
What You Will Do
Support the activation team in coordinating KOM campaigns, from briefing through to content delivery, ensuring output meets both client objectives and community standards
Liaise with KOMs and community leaders on day-to-day campaign logistics and content development
Assist campaign managers as a point of contact for internal teams and external brand partners
Help prepare progress reports and client meeting materials
Contribute to community events, including occasional weekend activations (off-in-lieu will be provided)
Research social media trends, content formats, and emerging AI tools to bring fresh ideas to the team
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Curious about content creation, social media, and how community platforms influence real consumer decisions
Eager to explore AI-driven tools and new formats for content production
A clear communicator who is comfortable working with people across different teams and backgrounds
Organised and reliable, able to keep track of multiple moving parts without losing detail
Proficient in English. An additional Southeast Asian language is a plus
Why This Role Matters
This internship puts you at the intersection of community, content, and commerce. You will work alongside a team that helps real mothers tell real stories, and those stories shape how families across the region make meaningful decisions. From online campaigns to on-the-ground events, what you contribute here has genuine reach.
