Content Creation and Social Media Intern

Hiring a remote part-time content creation and social media intern for forge. You’ll work closely with the founder and help create content across short-form video, social media, and written content. This is a paid role with strong hourly compensation of S$20–30/hour (Negotiable based on background and experience), performance bonuses, and the potential for a longer-term contract if expectations are met. What you'll do: Create and edit UGC-style short-form content for Forge Be comfortable appearing in videos posted on Forge and related accounts Create reels, carousels, stories, and simple career-prep content Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts Write and help publish articles covering internships, aptitude tests, interviews, career advice, and student life Brainstorm ideas around internships, aptitude tests, interviews, and student life Work closely with the founder on content direction, scripts, hooks, copy, and execution Upload and organise raw footage, assets, and content for editing and future reuse Who we're looking for: Comfortable being on camera Good at editing short-form content Strong writing skills and able to write clear, engaging copy and articles Understands Instagram and TikTok-style content Chronically online and actually enjoys it Has good taste and can tell when content looks cringe Self-starter who doesn't need constant chasing, moves fast, and takes feedback well Totally fine if you're juggling an internship or another part-time role, and you don't even need to be in Singapore — remote works What is forge: forge is a Singapore-based startup focused on helping students practice the assessments that determine visibility with their dream employers.
