About this internship
Gray Matter Solutions is a Singapore-based brain health technology company working across cognitive assessment, healthy brain ageing, research and healthcare innovation.
We are looking for a
Content Intern
to help us turn strong ideas, conversations and scientific insights into content people actually want to consume.
This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with the founder and team across podcasts, social media, events, campaigns and educational content.
What you’ll do
Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms
Turn podcast conversations with doctors, researchers, founders and high performers into engaging content
Identify strong hooks, clips, insights and story angles from longer-form conversations
Film and edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts and social media
Help develop scripts, captions, posts and content concepts
Research podcast guests and support episode briefs and questions
Translate scientific and technical topics into clear, accessible content
Capture content at talks, events, campaigns and community activations
Help manage the content calendar and publishing workflow
Track performance and identify what content resonates
Who we’re looking for

taste, curiosity and ability to create
than your degree.
You should:
Have strong written and spoken English
Understand what makes good social media content
Have a strong instinct for hooks, storytelling and visual presentation
Be comfortable filming and editing content
Be curious about health, science, technology, startups or entrepreneurship
Be organised, proactive and able to take ownership
Have strong attention to detail
Be willing to experiment and learn quickly
Experience with tools such as
CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
is a plus.
Being comfortable on camera is also a plus, but not essential.
