Content & Social Media Intern

About Hidden Hidden creates immersive games and experiences that help people explore different neighbourhoods of Singapore, connect, have fun, and create memories together. We're a fast-growing startup creating unique experiences with globally recognised IPs such as MONOPOLY. We're looking for a creative, social media-obsessed intern who loves content creation, understands what works on Instagram and TikTok, and wants real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth and Chief Commercial Officer, gaining exposure to content creation, social media management, growth marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition. What You'll Do Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms Develop content ideas, storyboards, and creative concepts for videos and campaigns Plan and manage the social media content calendar Stay on top of the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, and viral content Visit our game locations and partner venues across Singapore to capture content Appear on camera and participate in videos Support the launch of new games and experiences through social media Help grow social media into a meaningful sales and customer acquisition channel What We're Looking For Passion for social media, content creation, and videography Active user of Instagram and TikTok who understands current trends and platform culture Proven experience creating content for your own social media pages, creator accounts, projects, communities, or other platforms Comfortable filming, editing, and creating short-form video content using tools such as CapCut Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills Basic understanding of marketing principles Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and testing new ideas Able to take ownership of projects from idea to execution Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment Internship Details Paid internship Full-time preferred (exceptional candidates requiring flexibility will be considered) Typical duration is around 3 months.
