Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated
Control Software Intern
to join our engineering team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and control systems for our advanced vapor deposition equipment, including CVD, PVD, and ALD platforms. This role will be central to the automation and precision operation of high-vacuum, high temperature process tools used in semiconductors, optics, and materials science applications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and testing of control software for vapor deposition systems.
Support the integration of software with hardware components, including sensors and actuators.
Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
Document code, processes, and project progress in accordance with company standards.
Contributes to the development of internal tools and scripts to improve workflow efficiency.
Skills
Familiarity with programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, C/C++
Understanding of control systems, embedded systems, or automation technologies
Experience with deposition systems such as CVD, PVD, ALD, or PECVD is a strong plus.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
