We’re seeking a creative and driven intern to join our Regional Corporate Affairs (CA) team as a
Corporate Communications Intern
. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply, showcase and refine your storytelling, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills, supporting impactful communication initiatives across 22 Asia-Pacific markets. You’ll gain hands-on experience in internal and external communications, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement — working closely with our Graphic Design Intern to bring stories to life — all within a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Ideation & Strategy
Lead the content ideation process for internal and external communications, shaping stories for our regional platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to uncover and share impactful stories.
Own and manage the content calendar, working closely with the Graphic Design Intern to ensure a strong, consistent pipeline of content for our social channels.
Draft clear, concise, and compelling copy for various digital platforms, maintaining a consistent corporate brand voice.
Use AI tools to support content ideation, drafting, and research, improving speed and quality of output.
Internal Engagement & Coordination
Coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns and activities to foster engagement within the regional office.
Support awareness initiatives that contribute to a connected and informed workplace culture.
Partner with the Graphic Design Intern and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end campaigns, from concept to execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across our 22 Asia-Pacific markets to source and share stories.
Liaise with regional and global communications teams to ensure alignment of messaging and communication goals.
As a Corporate Affairs intern, you will also receive exposure to public affairs and sustainability as part of our multidisciplinary team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A creative storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey brand messages effectively.
A solid understanding of internal and external communications principles and best practices.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage a content calendar and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
AI-savvy, with an interest in using AI tools to support content development and communications planning.
Analytical and curious, with an interest in data-informed communication strategies.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
Strong English writing and editing skills required due to the nature of regional communications responsibilities
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms is a plus.
