    About this internship

    Summary The Corporate Affairs Intern (Corporate Communications) role is to support the regional team based in Singapore across day-to-day tasks. This includes supporting across internal and external communication development, social and digital media content, video assets, as well as supporting on key milestone events/campaigns where relevant. Job Description Assist the Corporate Affairs team across a wide range of internal and external communication tasks. This includes content development, writing, participating in campaign conceptualization, and being involved in internal company events. Internal communications: Compilation of monthly newsletter, contributing intranet articles, participating in organizing internal employee events, assist with managing internal events (i.e. quarterly townhalls, leadership conferences). External communications such as: Assisting with any external campaigns, social media content (i.e. LinkedIn), developing campaign materials, and supporting on media relations (as needed). Main Learning Objectives To better understand how corporate affairs and communication functions operate in a corporate global organization and to hone their skills across areas such as content development, writing, project and event management. In addition to working closely with the Corporate Affairs team, to also get exposure and work with colleagues from other teams across regional projects and initiatives to further enrich their learning and internship experience. Contribute to the team in a meaningful way - by demonstrating a can-do-attitude, strong personal initiative, and willingness to learn. Pre-requisite Ability to commit full-time from Jul/Aug – Nov/Dec. Part-time applicants must be able to work for a minimum of 3 weekdays per week. International students not intending to take this as a credit-bearing module/internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet the required time commitment.
