We are looking for an Corporate Communications intern to be part of AET’s global Corporate Communications Team.
Key Accountabilities
Provide end-to-end operational and logistical support for multiple upcoming internal and external events, including but not limited to, employee engagements, stakeholder receptions and golf event as required.
Assist with guest relations, RSVP tracking, and on-site event coordination.
Source for and manage corporate gift inventory
Support the production of event-related communications material, collateral and promotional items, e.g. e-invitations, posters, leaflets as required. Coordinate with vendors and other offices on such sourcing and production.
Smartphone/digital camera use to film short videos, take photos as required, using editing tools and ideally comfortable in scripting, compiling short videos.
Writing and editing of engaging articles and posts for intranet, internet and social media.
Support the hands-on execution of local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in Singapore.
Assist in the research, planning and coordination of regional CSR initiatives.
Assist in the implementation and rollout phases of the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by supporting the data migration process for the existing system and various stakeholder lists.
Undertake critical data cleansing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of stakeholder databases prior to CRM launch.
Qualifications
Education: Undergrad in Business (with focus on Marketing), Communications, New Media, Multi-media, English, Journalism or related discipline
Specialised knowledge/Skills, if any will be a plus
:
Social media savvy
Experience using Content Management systems.
CMS (Sharepoint, WordPress, Dynamics etc) skills and website maintenance experience.
Editorial management and production, speaks well, speech / content / news / corporate writing, events management, corporate visual identity, change management
Other skills:
Good people skills
Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines
Exposure to project management
Independent and responsible; comfortable with remote team and management
Internet savvy with good IT skills
