    About this Position This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate communications within a global organization. You will work alongside experienced communications professionals to support employee engagement initiatives, corporate storytelling, media outreach, and digital communications activities. The role provides broad exposure across internal and external communications, allowing you to develop practical skills in content creation, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and brand communications. We are looking for a proactive and curious individual who enjoys writing, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is keen to contribute ideas while learning how strategic communications supports business growth and employee engagement. This six-month internship will provide valuable experience across a diverse range of communications projects, offering meaningful learning opportunities and real business impact. What You´ll Do Craft engaging content across internal platforms, earned media, owned channels and social media Support planning and execution of employee engagement events such as townhalls and anniversary celebrations Support media relations and news dissemination to local and regional media, including preparation of news clippings Regularly update Henkel’s websites Research, pitch and write stories for intranet editorial series Support ad hoc administrative duties such as meeting minutes and maintaining trackers Join us for an exciting internship from Jan 2027 to end of Jun 2027 What makes you a good fit Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail Strong initiative, critical thinking and commitment to quality work, and able to handle projects independently Prior experience in journalism and copywriting is an advantage Collaborative, with good interpersonal skills, a team player who strives for win-win collaboration with and positively influences internal and external stakeholders from different cultures. Work with integrity and maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive information.
