Job Summary:
Keppel Technology Solutions is seeking a capable and resourceful
Corporate Systems Manager
to manage the ongoing operations of the company’s corporate applications such as ERP system (
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) SaaS)
and corporate web applications. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, issue resolution, managing system enhancements, and performing version upgrades when required to ensure continuous system stability, security, and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance & Administration:
Administer and monitor the ERP application and web applications to ensure consistent availability, performance, and data integrity.
Issue Resolution & User Support:
Respond to and resolve issues reported by business users. Provide hands-on functional support and guidance across key ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory).
Change Request Implementation:
Manage and implement approved change requests, including functional configuration and minor customizations. Conduct appropriate testing and deployment in compliance with IT change control processes.
System Upgrades & Patch Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP application and web applications system upgrades, version updates, and cumulative patches in collaboration with vendors or Microsoft. Ensure post-upgrade testing and user acceptance are completed effectively.
Configuration & Enhancement:
Continuously assess business needs and enhance system functionality to improve operational efficiency. Customize forms, reports, and workflows as needed using standard tools.
Vendor Collaboration:
Liaise with external vendors and Microsoft support for issue escalation, patch advisory, or integration projects requiring third-party involvement.
Training & Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, processes, issue logs, and resolutions. Provide training and support resources to end users to improve system adoption and reduce repetitive queries.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure application usage and upgrades comply with internal IT governance, data security policies, and audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve ERP reporting capabilities through D365 BC features or integration with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
3–5 years of experience in supporting and administering
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centra
l (or Navision) -
Mandatory
Strong understanding of ERP processes in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Experience in implementing functional changes, supporting upgrades, and resolving production issues
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
Proven ability to coordinate system upgrades, including testing and stakeholder communication
Strong problem-solving skills, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple requests
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
