[CPOD] Intern (Corporate Planning & Organisation Development)

What The Role Is As an intern with the Corporate Planning and Organisation Development team, you will support a range of projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workplace innovation. What You Will Be Working On Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with research, data collection, and information gathering for organisational projects and initiatives. Supporting the analysis of feedback and survey results, and summarising key findings for the team. Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, workshops, retreats, and staff engagement activities. Preparing communications materials such as newsletters, write-ups, briefing notes, and presentation decks. Providing general administrative and logistical support for team projects and learning programmes. This internship offers opportunities to gain exposure to corporate planning, organisational development, change management, and public sector transformation initiatives. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is curious, organised, and eager to learn. You should have strong written and communication skills and be comfortable engaging and interacting with different stakeholders. An interest in organisational development, public policy, human resources, or communications would be a plus, though no prior experience is required. What matters most is a willingness to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and contribute meaningfully to the team. Note: Internship Duration: Min 3 months to 6 months
