    Creative & Studio Operations Intern (Paid Internship) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Internship (Paid) Duration: 3–6 months (Flexible) Working Arrangement: Part-time or Full-time Availability: Weekends preferred Clay Clay is a creative experience studio where people come together to relax, paint pottery, and create lasting memories. We welcome individuals, families, couples, schools, and corporate teams through walk-in sessions, workshops, and private events. We're looking for a Creative & Studio Operations Intern who enjoys working with people, has a creative mindset, and is excited to gain hands-on experience in both customer experience and the day-to-day operations of a growing creative business. What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a warm, enjoyable studio experience. Guide customers during pottery painting sessions after receiving training. Share simple painting techniques, colour combinations, and creative ideas. Prepare paints, brushes, tools, and pottery before each session. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment. Label, pack, and organise completed pottery for customer collection. Support corporate workshops, private events, and group bookings. Assist with customer enquiries and general studio operations. Contribute ideas for children's workshops, seasonal themes, and creative activities. Create behind-the-scenes content, photos, and short videos for social media when required. Support other ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned. Who We're Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in any discipline. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers. Interested in art, crafts, design, lifestyle, or creative experiences. Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn. Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods. Enjoy working with children, families, and groups. Available to work on weekends when scheduled. No pottery experience is required — full training will be provided. Nice To Have Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, education, or the arts. Basic photography, videography, or social media content creation skills. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Experience organising activities, workshops, or community events. What You'll Learn Workshop facilitation and customer engagement skills. Pottery painting techniques and studio best practices. Customer service and event operations. Content creation and creative marketing. How a creative experience business operates behind the scenes.
