Role Description
The Customer Acquisition Specialist (Intern) will support the growth of Rainmakers Guild by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating prospecting activities, managing acquisition-related program timelines, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for the consulting team. The role also includes collaborating with advisors to refine messaging, supporting events or initiatives that drive customer acquisition, and continuously improving processes based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to understand customer segments and identify growth opportunities.
Experience or interest in Acquisitions and Program Management to support planning, execution, and optimization of client acquisition initiatives.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage prospects, collaborate with team members, and present findings clearly.
Interest in financial services, with the ability to learn quickly and apply guidance from senior consultants.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, adapt to feedback, and contribute to team goals.
