    Summary Learn about customer experience (CX), digital marketing, and business operations in a large, multi-national organization. This role provides the opportunity for the candidate to learn about the pharmaceutical industry, and how digital projects & related operations support the business. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by operationally supporting our marketing and medical teams in executing their CX & digital projects. He/she will have the chance to see these initiatives work at a regional level in our countries including ASEAN, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. He/she will also get to work remotely with colleagues from different countries, not just in our region, but also from Germany, Spain and India, among others. Job Description Learn the workings of customer experience (CX) & digital marketing, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. Assist the business in executing its CX & digital projects through hands-on operational support, which may include: Initiatives & related tasks to support and optimize CX across our digital channels (i.e., websites, email, messaging apps/SMS, mobile apps, webinars/hybrid events, etc.) and our customer facing-team channels (i.e., commercial sales teams and medical liaison teams) Content marketing projects such as digital content management, content tagging, and basic content development via self-service tools Basic reporting projects to gather & analyze data about campaign & content execution within and/or across channels Tasks related to agile project management and change management And broadly speaking, other operational tasks to support our team in the areas of campaigns, channels, content, customer-facing team processes, user experience, events execution, and creative services. Main Learning Objectives Understand the key role of execution & operations within the areas of digital marketing and customer experience Understand the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical industry Exposure to working in a multi-national environment - including communicating and collaborating with local, regional, and global colleagues Learn to work cross-functionally with colleagues & stakeholders across many different departments Firsthand experience working on business operations in the pharma industry Learn about agile working, project management, and change management Pre-requisite Ability to commit full-time from Jan – May/Jun. Part-time applications will not be considered. International students not intending to take this as a credit-bearing module/internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet the required time commitment. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Digital savvy Some level of exposure to digital marketing topics - including basic knowledge of digital channels and/or data literacy Experience with creative content, digital coding (ex.
