What You'll Be Doing Be the friendly face of the centre, creating great first impressions for members, guests, and visitors. Deliver exceptional customer experiences across the front desk, email, and phone. Support member journeys, daily operations, and help create a vibrant workspace environment. Get involved in exciting community events, networking sessions, and engagement activities. Gain hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, operations, and workplace experience. Work with an energetic team while building valuable skills and expanding your professional network. What We're Looking For Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences. Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys meeting and interacting with people. Positive, proactive, and brings a strong "can-do" attitude. Comfortable communicating in English and using Microsoft Office tools.
