About The Team
Shopee’s Regional Marketplace Operations department is constantly solving problems and introducing innovative solutions to improve platform usability and enhance end-user experience for our buyers, sellers, and partners.
Our teams sit at the core of our business and collaborate with various departments to manage end-to-end e-commerce processes and design scalable solutions to create impact across multiple markets. To do so, we deep dive into the fundamentals of each aspect and drive strategic initiatives to sharpen our policy, processes, and features for greater product and operational excellence.
Regional Operations include the teams of Customer Service, Listings, Seller Operations, Returns & Refunds, and Fraud.
Job Description
Conduct data-driven analysis to optimise operational efficiency and cost–performance trade-offs, including resolution-time optimisation and service quality outcomes
Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying key cost, demand, and experience drivers
Support AI-enabled decision-making and ad-hoc problem solving to improve performance at scale
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in any relevant disciplines
Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
Strong oral and written communication skill
Results and details driven
Well organised with good multi tasking ability
Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
Strong proficiency in Excel is a must, SQL is a plus
