About the Role π
As our Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with local and regional stakeholders across multiple business verticals to deliver data-driven insights that translate to tangible business outcomes. Youβll be part of a full-stack APAC data team, while being connected to an international network of 300+ data practitioners globally.
We believe that the best learning comes from ownership, so interns here are trusted with meaningful responsibilities early. We will calibrate the scope to your experience and provide regular coaching and feedback. In return we expect you to have strong ownership, ask good questions, act on feedback, communicate blockers early and take responsibility for moving your work forward.

Duration: 6 months full time only
Start Date: Dec 2026 / Jan 2027 - Jun 2027
Work arrangement: Hybrid / onsite (Singapore office)
Business immersion: One week store induction
Conversion Opportunity: Potential conversion to full-time employment subjected to performance and business needs
What you will do α―β½οΈ
Partner with local and regional business leaders to understand the business context, frame the right analytical question and define what success looks like
Explore, clean and analyse data using SQL, Python, dbt, and other appropriate tools
Analyse business performance to identify important drivers, patterns, opportunities and root causes
Design clean Tableau dashboards and automate tracking tools that stakeholders actually use to make daily decisions
Communicate your findings directly to business leaders and iterate based on feedback
Apply good analytical practices through documentation, version control, peer review, and data quality checks
Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and blockers openly with your project leader and team
Who are we looking for:
Essential requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelorβs Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science & Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or other related fields
Able to commit to a six-month full-time internship
Solid foundation in SQL & Python - You are comfortable writing multi-join queries, perform data aggregations and analyze data comfortably.
Evidence that you can learn and deliver through schoolwork, previous internships, competitions or personal projects
Curious about how business operates, why the work matters and how your analysis changes a decision
Ability to translate technical findings into plain English for non-technical stakeholders
Pays attention to data quality and is willing to question assumptions rather than accept results at face value
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Tableau or another business intelligence tool.
Familiarity with data modelling, dbt, Git, or cloud data platforms such as Databricks.
Exposure to statistical analysis, experimentation, or forecasting.
Experience using AI productivity tools thoughtfully while validating the outputs they generate.
Interest or practical experience with LLM APIs or simple agent workflows that solve real business problems.
