Data Entry Intern

Role We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to support our Shared Services Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing, verifying, and maintaining data integrity across systems, while contributing to accurate reporting and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Data Input Accurately transfer and input data between internal systems, ensuring consistency across platforms Verification Review logs and entries for errors, duplicates, or missing information and correct discrepancies promptly Database Maintenance Update and maintain records, perform routine audits, and ensure data is well-organized and accurate Reporting Compile, sort, and prepare data to support the creation of routine operational reports Confidentiality Handle sensitive company and customer information securely in line with data protection and privacy policies Requirements Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Good organizational and time management skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred) Benefits At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success.
