About this internship
About Us
Pints AI builds governed AI infrastructure for regulated institutions - banks, insurers, asset managers, law firms and government - across APAC and the Middle East. We closed a US$5.6M Pre-Series A in 2026.
Our design language is deliberately restrained: warm paper tones, near-black ink, a single reserved accent, monospace used structurally rather than decoratively. We are selling trust to compliance officers and CIOs. Nothing we make should look like it's trying too hard.
Why This Role Exists
We are producing more than we can design. Event collateral, decks, research papers, landing pages, social assets, merchandise - all of it needs to look like it came from the same company, and right now it doesn't consistently. We need someone who can work inside an established system, hold it together across everything we ship, and know when to push it forward.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design
- Autothoght is our flagship product, deployed in banks, insurance and asset management companies, and we are in the midst of a complete overhaul
- You will support the engineering team with design,
Events & Print Design
- Invitations, name badges, signage, booth graphics, one-pagers, printed programmes.
- Prepare print-ready files and work directly with printers on specs, bleeds and proofs.
Decks & Documentation
- Design and template client-facing decks, whitepaper layouts, and report covers. Our house font is Montserrat unless briefed otherwise.
Content & Social Assets
- LinkedIn graphics, diagram illustrations, explainer visuals for technical concepts. A lot of our content explains system architecture - you'll be turning complexity into something a CFO can read in five seconds.
Merchandise
- Design giveaways and branded merchandise, working to vendor templates and production constraints.
Web & UI Layouts
- Keep the Figma library and Webflow components tidy so the next person can use them without archaeology.
- Design and build page layouts in Webflow against our existing design tokens and components - landing pages, industry pages, blog templates.
Requirements
- Available for a **minimum of 16 continuous weeks**.
- **A portfolio is mandatory.** Applications without one will not be reviewed. Link or PDF, both fine.
- Willing to travel regionally for events - typically 2–4 days at a time, a handful of times across the internship. Valid passport with at least 6 months' validity.
- Fluent in Figma. Working knowledge of Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop) for print work.
- Can take a brief, ask the right two questions, and come back with something - rather than come back with more questions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Webflow, Framer, or hands-on HTML/CSS.
- Print production experience - you've sent files to a printer and dealt with what came back.
- Motion or After Effects.
- Any work in a restrained, editorial, or enterprise visual register. Show us that alongside the maximalist work.
What We Offer
- Real production work with your name on it, in front of institutional audiences.
- Ownership of a live brand system rather than mockups in a folder.
- A named manager, a fixed weekly 1:1, and written feedback at week 4 and week 12.
- Strong performers are considered for a full-time offer.
