The role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team with day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical tasks. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of internal processes, sample coordination, and support for Designers and Product Developers. You should have / be Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized Effectively manage multiple tasks even in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility by ensuring each task is completed thoroughly from start to finish Proactive and capable of working independently, while also being a reliable and collaborative team player Main Responsibilities Logistics Manage invoices (DHL, UPS, DPEX, SF Express) Handle parcel receiving and sending between HQ and vendors Track parcel deliveries and returns Sample Management Prepare for fittings by steaming and measuring all samples Sort and organise samples neatly in the archive room Assist designers and developers with locating and returning samples or materials Administrative Support Purchase fabrics, stationery, or other materials as needed by the team Organise food orders for large meetings Support event preparation through ad hoc errands Requirements Minimum commitment of 3 months (mid Jul - mid Oct) All qualifications are welcome Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge not required) Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks Highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves communication with our suppliers in China and entering data in Chinese Open to Singaporeans and PRs only due to quota restrictions Benefits Market level internship salary and benefits provided #TeamLB perks Generous staff discount off LB products Employee driven peer-to-peer recognition platform to honour and celebrate everyday achievements
