You will be working on EDMs, Catalogue and Event Content Production as an Digital Content & Marketing intern under NLB Academy.
[What you will be working on]
Support EDM & catalogue production: design EDMs for programme announcements, reminders and updates; develop and maintain visual materials for the training catalogue
Support event (physical and online) & training documentation: photograph and film training sessions/events; edit footage into highlight clips, photo sets and thumbnails; organise and archive assets for reuse
Support digital & internal content: assist with intranet updates and internal communications collateral; draft captions, short write-ups and EDM body text
Support brand consistency & quality: maintain visual and brand consistency across collateral; proof-read and quality-check materials before release
[What we are looking for]
A good eye for both detail and aesthetics — notices when something is slightly off, not just when it works
Working proficiency in basic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent)
Comfort using a camera or smartphone for photography and videography, including basic editing
Good written English; able to draft short, clear copy for EDMs and captions
Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple small deliverables against deadlines
A proactive, receptive attitude, willing to take feedback and iterate
Able to commit to a 9–12-month internship term, including occasional event coverage outside standard office hours
Duration: 9 – 12-months
