Digital Content & Website Management Intern, SME Partners SME Partners is an initiative by NTUC to support the growth and development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. We work closely with SME employers to understand their challenges and co-create programmes that enhance workforce capabilities, improve employee well-being, and foster sustainable business practices. As an intern with SME Partners, you will be working on the following areas of work. Key Responsibilities Lead the revamp and enhancement of the NTUC SME Partners website, including content restructuring, page design improvements, and user experience optimisation. Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore), ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with NTUC branding. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, programme updates, success stories, and requirements for website publication. Monitor website performance and SEO metrics, providing recommendations to improve traffic, user engagement, and content effectiveness. Conduct quality assurance and content audits, including testing website functionality, fixing content issues, and maintaining content governance standards. Support digital transformation initiatives and other departmental projects, including research, analytics, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments as required. Learning Opportunities The intern will gain hands-on experience in: Enterprise website management using Sitecore CMS. Digital content strategy and governance. User experience and website optimisation. SEO and web analytics. Cross-functional project coordination within NTUC and Labour Movement initiatives. Requirements All interested undergraduates are welcome to apply. Part-time internship (minimally 3 days) will be considered for the internship application. Basic CSS for Sitecore CMS Strong analytical and communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. -- We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
