Internships will start in January 2027. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred. Join us as a Digital Energy End Users Solutions Analyst Intern to make an impact! Location: Kallang The End User Solution Sales Intern is responsible for driving project efficiency for Digital Energy solutions (Power and Building) with internal stakeholders. This role covers Building and Critical Segments, including C&SP, Transportation, Energy & Chemical , Power&Grid, Life Science, WWW (Water and Waste Water), Industrial Manufacturing, and more. What will you do: Support End User Solutions Sales Managers by providing visibility and tracking of Digital Energy orders and sales opportunities through Salesforce (bFO) for Building and Critical segments. Analyze project and sales data to identify improvement opportunities, implement action plans, and drive project deliverables to successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional Digital Energy (DE) teams and Enterprise Sales Customer Representatives to support the One DE approach and strengthen project execution. Prepare and drive sales action plans to help prioritize opportunities, improve pipeline management, and maximize sales effectiveness. Monitor and analyze project pipelines using Salesforce (bFO), providing insights to support cross-business growth strategies. Enhance the project ecosystem by engaging key stakeholders, including end users, design firms, contractors, panel builders, and other partners. Support Customer Project Process (CPP) activities, ensuring timely progression through sales phases (S0, S1, S2) and adherence to project submission deadlines. Work closely with internal stakeholders to proactively resolve project issues, improve collaboration, and deliver an excellent customer experience. What qualifications will make you successful: Bachelor's degree in Building Management, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, with experience in sales, solution selling, account management, and exposure to Building and Digital Power solutions. Strong understanding of large business organizations and customer buying cycles, with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions through effective presentations. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, with a self-starter mindset and the ability to listen effectively and engage stakeholders. Results-driven individual with a strong desire to compete, succeed, and achieve business objectives in a dynamic environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as a team player, with sound knowledge of performance management and coaching techniques. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, including prioritization, resource management, and coordination of cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve common goals.
