About this internship
Be part of a dynamic digital marketing team for a regional brand retailer in driving brand’s online presence and engagement in Singapore.
What Awaits You:
Build, plan, and implement the social media content calendar with a primary focus on TikTok, while also supporting content creation and publishing across other platforms (including and not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube) to meet digital KPIs (ie. Engagement, conversion)
Act as a Brand Guardian, providing creative guidance to suppliers and ensure alignment on tone of voice and brand personality
Liaise with agencies & support in online community management
Deliver monthly content performance reports, engagement insights & creatives learnings (Tiktok)
Work with external partners on collaborations and partnership
Liaise with KOLs, vetting of drafts, scheduling of content posts while ensuring content is in line with brand guidelines
Live Streaming custodian: guidance to supplier on setup, moderation of comments, lead end-to-end content production, including storyboarding, filming, and editing of short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.)
Ad hoc projects, where necessary, including design graphics or adapt assets using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva

Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
Excellent command of English; both written and spoken
Analytical and able to multitask and stay organised with good time management.
Team player who is passionate, able to think out of the box and creative
Social Media-savvy, prior experience working in digital marketing/social media agency will be an advantage
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/social media marketing and measurements
Proficient in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Able to commence a 6-month internship from August 2026 to February 2027 (full-time, 5-days work week)
