    About this internship

    Reporting to the Marketing Manager, SGMY, the Digital Marketing & KOL Engagements Intern MY will work closely with social media and/or marketing agencies, leveraging your expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and partnerships that amplify our reach. You will also work to identify and build valuable partnerships and see to success the selection, brief, management of Key Opinion Leaders in the context of the Malaysia market. Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do: Roles And Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the social media agency to manage and grow SharkNinja’s social accounts across Malaysia. Guide the agency to deliver engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in aesthetics and tone. Stay ahead of social media trends, platforms, and tools to refine strategies and enhance execution. Optimize content performance across platforms by leveraging platform-specific best practices. Content Creation & Optimization Oversee the production of compelling visual and written content, including photography and videography, that resonates with target audiences. Ensure content quality and alignment with brand objectives to drive follower engagement and retention. Paid Social Media & Influencer Strategy Partner with the agency to develop and execute effective paid social media campaigns that drive top-to-middle funnel strategies. Build and implement a targeted influencer strategy to amplify product presence, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity. Partnerships & Campaign Integration Identify and foster partnerships with strategic collaborators to enhance brand reach in both markets. Integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing managers across product categories. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 2-3 years in marketing, ideally with a focus on social media and partnerships A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools in the Malaysia market Proactive in identifying opportunities for brand growth and engagement. Data-savvy with a proven ability to translate insights into impactful actions. Strong project management and communication skills to effectively coordinate with agencies and partners.
