Digital Transformation (Education) Traineeship [GRIT@Gov]

What The Role Is You support the digital transformation of National Education (NE) content resources for MINDEF/SAF service personnel, and the digitalisation of work processes, including developing innovation solutioning to our content repository, training and development processes and knowledge management system. What You Will Be Working On Assist in digital transformation of education content Support the development, conversion and management of traditional learning materials into resonant and engaging digital formats Ensure certain functionalities are in place to enhance accessibility, engagement and interactivity in educational resources Drive digital content management and instructional design in NE curriculum Review existing work processes to identify, trial and recommend digital tools for adoption What We Are Looking For Multimedia and digital content creation expertise Familiarity with digital trends and relevant software for social media and/or curriculum design Interest in being exposed to defence and security-related content, curriculum design and current affairs Highly-motivated The traineeship will be for a period of 6 months.
