Job Location: Singapore Location Flexibility: Primary Location Only Req Id: 9776 Posting Start Date: 7/29/26 Responsibilities Hardware Support Imaging and deployment of laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution. Software support Installation of OS updates / patches, including firmware and drivers. Updating security patches of standard and end-point applications. Other Responsibilities Documenting procedures and knowledge base articles. Maintaining asset inventory (if required by customer).Collaborating with IT Teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
