Role Description
The Editorial Intern will support the development, review, and refinement of brand and communication materials across multiple client projects. This full-time, on-site role in Singapore involves assisting with editorial planning, drafting and editing content for digital and print channels, and ensuring all materials align with client brand strategy and tone. The intern will conduct research on markets, audiences, and trends to inform content and messaging, and help organize and maintain editorial calendars and content libraries. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with consultants and strategists, fact-checking and verifying sources, preparing presentation-ready documents, and contributing ideas to improve clarity, structure, and impact of communication. The role offers exposure to high-stakes communication, sustainability narratives, and sector-specific brand development in hospitality, wellness, and related domains.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
Solid Writing skills with attention to structure, storytelling, and brand-consistent messaging.
Editorial capabilities, including copyediting, proofreading, and maintaining consistency across documents.
Research skills to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from credible sources for evidence-based content.
Foundational understanding of Marketing principles, particularly brand positioning and content-driven visibility.
Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, consultancy environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with digital publishing or CMS platforms is an advantage.
Interest in sustainabilty, hospitality, or brand strategy is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
