Employee Engagement Intern - People Team (Fall 2026)

Team Description: As part of the Employee Engagement team, this role plays a key part in building a positive company culture and enhancing the overall employee experience and well-being. The role is responsible for supporting and delivering end-to-end employee engagement initiatives, ensuring programmes are thoughtfully executed and aligned with organisational goals. Job Description: Support, maintain, and improve ongoing employee engagement programmes Prepare internal communications, including announcements, to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives Source and manage the procurement of event material and merchandise Provide support for team events and other ad-hoc duties Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal) Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
