As our
Regional HR Brand and Communications Intern,
you will step into a rare dual function role that bridges People, Brand and Business. Working closely with both the Regional HR and Regional Channel Marketing teams, you will strengthen internal communications and engagement initiatives, bring employee and organisational stories to life, manage external employer branding channels, track meaningful engagement insights and support impactful brand activations across the region.
From adopting a 360 degree content creation perspective to producing authentic storytelling, to supporting high profile events such as MotoGP and regional brand activations, this internship offers hands on exposure to how our global automotive brand connects internally and externally across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Turkey and South Africa.

Job Requirements
Content Creation (Regional HR and Channel Marketing)
Support end to end 360 degree video production including ideation, scripting, filming and post production
Capture and curate photography for employee features, organisation stories, brand activities and regional events
Conceptualise and design visually compelling posters, presentation decks and communication materials aligned with Motul’s brand identity
Develop engaging visual and written content tailored for both internal and external audiences
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to strengthen storytelling impact
Internal Communications (Regional HR)
Support the ongoing management and content optimisation of Motul’s internal communication platform, Life@Motul
Draft and refine communication materials including announcements, engagement campaigns and leadership features
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent content deployment
Monitor engagement performance and propose enhancements to strengthen employee reach and interaction
Employer Branding (Regional HR)
Plan and coordinate multi-channel Employer Branding content across Careers Page, LinkedIn and selected visibility platforms
Develop and maintain a structured Employer Branding content calendar aligned with hiring priorities
Support and coordinate the development of the Motul Careers Page 2026 revamp by working closely with vendors, contributing content inputs, supporting creative direction and performing user testing
Manage and enhance the Motul Careers Page to ensure relevance, storytelling depth and brand consistency
Analyse engagement insights and recommend improvements to increase employer brand visibility
Research employer branding trends and benchmark against industry best practices
Internal Campaign Efforts (Regional HR and Regional Marketing)
Support cross functional initiatives including the ongoing Motul Values Launch and internal brand activation campaigns
Assist in developing campaign concepts, visual assets and communication toolkits
Coordinate campaign timelines and stakeholder alignment to ensure effective rollout
Track participation rates and campaign impact metrics for reporting
Brand and Communications Efforts (Regional Marketing)
Support the development of brand communication materials for regional initiatives and distributor communications
Assist in drafting, editing and coordinating external communication materials
Ensure alignment between internal brand messaging and external communications
Contribute to preparation of presentation decks and campaign reports for regional review
Trade Marketing Support (Regional Channel Marketing)
Coordinate logistics and execution support for regional activations and high profile events such as MotoGP
Conduct research on merchandise, promotional materials and activation concepts
Liaise with marketing vendors and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery
Assist in event documentation, performance tracking and post event reporting
Requirements
Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
Proficiency in video editing and multimedia content creation tools
Experience producing content across multiple formats including short form social content and corporate storytelling
Strong ability to translate ideas into compelling visual assets and structured written narratives while maintaining brand consistency
Basic understanding of branding principles, campaign execution and marketing communications
Non-Technical Skills:
Strong growth mindset with curiosity and learning agility
High emotional intelligence and professionalism when engaging diverse stakeholders
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Comfortable working independently in an agile, high-productivity and cross-functional environment
Internship Commitment
Able to commit for a minimum duration of 8 months to 1 year
