    About this internship

    About the Role Join our 12-inch wafer fabrication facility as an Equipment Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will work alongside experienced engineers on equipment performance, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Support Equipment Engineers in monitoring and improving equipment performance, availability, and reliability. Assist with equipment troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations. Support preventive maintenance and equipment recovery activities. Analyze equipment and production data to identify trends, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities. Participate in equipment qualification, process improvement, and engineering projects. Support documentation and reporting of equipment performance, issues, and improvement actions. Work with cross-functional teams including Process, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams. Follow fab safety, quality, and operational procedures in a cleanroom environment. Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related discipline. Strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, and automation. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail. Willing to work in a cleanroom and hands-on manufacturing environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of data analysis, programming, or automation tools is an advantage. Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing operations and cleanroom practices. Experience working on real engineering and continuous improvement projects.
