We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Event Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Intern to support our team in planning and executing events, brand activations, campaigns, and experiential marketing projects.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the advertising and events industry, from concept development and planning to on-site execution. You will work closely with the Events, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to deliver engaging brand experiences for clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, launches, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
Support the Events team in preparing event proposals, presentations, schedules, checklists, and production documents.
Assist with venue research, site visits, event logistics, and supplier coordination.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, venues, talents, and other event partners under the guidance of the project team.
Assist with the preparation and sourcing of event materials, props, signage, displays, giveaways, and production items.
Support event set-up, rehearsals, registration, guest management, and on-site operations.
Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed according to schedule.
Assist with post-event reporting, photography/video coordination, feedback collection, and project wrap-up.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, organising, receiving, issuing, and monitoring event materials, equipment, and promotional items to ensure availability and proper accountability.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in events, advertising, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and work cooperatively within a team environment.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
