Events and Marketing Intern

We are looking for an Events & Marketing Intern to join our team and support our upcoming events, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives. If you are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to jump in to help wherever needed, we would love to have you on board. What you'll actually do: 🛩️ Supporting live event execution, guest management, and on-site operations 🛩️ Conducting venue and hangar tours for prospective clients 🛩️ Assisting with brand outreach, lead generation, and initial client discussions 🛩️ Creating short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram 🛩️ Designing marketing graphics, including materials for our in-house cafe and lounge What you'll gain: 🛩️ First-hand knowledge and industry insights into the private aviation sector 🛩️ Hands-on experience managing corporate events, live activations, and client operations in a dynamic industry 🛩️ A supportive team environment that values initiative, proactive problem-solving, and going the extra mile 🛩️ Potential future career opportunities within the company Requirements Currently pursuing or have pursued a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok). Basic knowledge of simple design and video tools (Canva or CapCut) is a plus. Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to jump in, help wherever needed, and go the extra mile. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
