    The Atelier & Co. focuses on curating, planning and executing exclusive and bespoke experiences for private banks and financial institutions, global luxury brands, foundations and select corporates with VIP clients. We also have a floral and curated lifestyle products arm, The Floral Atelier. We are headquartered in Singapore with offices in Hong Kong. Role Description The Events & Experiences Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, supporting the planning and execution of client events and brand experiences. In this role, the intern assists with event logistics, timeline management, vendor coordination and on-the-ground set-up and tear-down. The intern contributes to event marketing activities such as preparing promotional materials, supporting social media updates and helping track engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting briefs, maintaining project documentation, attending client or internal meetings and providing administrative support to the events team. The intern also supports guest management, including registration, check-in and real-time problem-solving to help ensure smooth and memorable experiences. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and partners. Customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness when interacting with guests and stakeholders. Event planning and coordination skills, such as organising timelines, supporting logistics, and managing details under tight deadlines. Event marketing and basic sales skills, including supporting promotional campaigns, stakeholder outreach, and engagement activities. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working on-site at events, including evenings or at weekends when required, and ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. Proficiency in common office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with design or presentation tools is an advantage. Interest in luxury brands, experiential marketing, and the events industry; prior internship or project experience in events or hospitality is beneficial.
